Through its Program Administration and Compliance Divisions, HDS has pioneered technology and workflow processes that provide the ability for Housing Agencies to outsource operational activities that deliver experienced, successful, and compliant Program Management that has nationally recognized the eHousingPlus division as the leading Administrator of Homeownership Programs.

HDS Companies services additional markets, including its recent expansion into the Emergency Rental and Homeownership Assistance markets via its new line HDS Allita. The company’s vision to support these emerging programs is aligned to the core mission and markets the company has engaged for almost 25 years.
